Day 1: Remote Customer Care (Part 1 & 2)

Day 2 (morning): CRM Technology
Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 10:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.
Day 2 (afternoon): Zoom and WebEx
Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 1:30 - 3:30p.m.
Day 3 (morning): Google Workspace
Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 10:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.
Day 3 (afternoon): Graduation Ceremony
Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 1:30 - 3:30p.m.
Participants must attend all three days and will receive a certificate of completion at the graduation ceremony!
