Please register as a sponsor today by filling out the registration form below, or by using the downloadable PDF Registration Form. The deadline to register for the 2008 Holiday Season Adopt a Family Campaign is Wednesday, November 26, 2008 and you will receive a family profile and a message from your adopted family. All gift cards must be delivered to our offices by Wednesday, December 10, 2008 to be passed on to the families.
