Our Outdoor Centre offers outdoor education opportunities to women, families and community groups wishing to enjoy affordable training and relaxation in an unbeatable setting.

YWCA Tapawingo Outdoor Centre is located 2.5 hours from Toronto just outside Parry Sound on the shores of Georgian Bay. You’ll find that the beautiful fall colours, wild spring flowers and amazing sunsets are perfect for your retreat, training session, or professional program.

The roots of success run deep at Camp Tapawingo. It has been a place of peace, community and accomplishment for a variety of groups. Retreats, instructional courses, seminars, and family reunions have all flourished on Tapawingo’s sheltered shores.

We provide a cozy atmosphere for all groups. The facilities include main lodge, recreation hall, craft building, electrically heated cabins, bunk-style accommodation, meeting rooms, centralized washrooms, and sauna.

The YWCA Tapawingo Outdoor Centre may be booked according to your group's needs, just contact us!

book site and meals

We can provide all meals for those who rent the lodge and want it kept simple!

site only rental

This is the option for groups who wish to rent the lodge and provide their own meals.
